Ingredients
1 1/5 cups of hot Italian sausage
2 medium red potatoes quartered and sliced.
2 slices of bacon diced
1/2 white onion diced
2 cloves of garlic minced
2 cups Kale stemmed and chopped
3 tsp chicken oxo
1 Quart of Water
1/3 cup of Heavy cream
Preparation
Step 1
Cook sausage, onion, and bacon in a large pot till it sticks to the bottom of the pan.
Step 2
Add garlic and cook for 1 min.
Step 3
Add chicken base, water, and potatoes and cook for 15 mins or until potatoes can be easily pierced with a fork.
Step 4
Add kale and cream 5 mins before serving.
