Ingredients
1 egg
1 tbsp lemon juice
1tsp white vinegar
1/2 tsp salt
250 ml of canola oil
Preparation
Step 1
Place egg, lemon juice, vinegar and salt in an emulsion blender and blend on low untill well combined.
Step2
Increase the speed to medium and then slowly add the oil untill the mayonnaise comes together and is thick.
Step 3
Transfer to a jar and keep in the refrigerator for up to a week.
