About the Recipe

Ingredients
5 small/medium Avocados
4 cloves of chopped garlic
1/2 tsp chopped red onion
1/4 tsp chopped jalapeño (I use jarred ones)
1/2 of one large vine ripened Tomato (chopped)
1/2 fresh squeezed lemon
salt to taste (approx 1/8 - 1/4tsp)
1tsp of chopped fresh cilantro (if you prefer)
Preparation
Step 1
Mash 5 small or medium Avocados in a medium sized bowl
Step 2
Combine all ingredients and let rest for at least 30mins for optimum flavour however, it will always better the next day!
